The room had a nice balcony where I could chill. the bed was super spacious and comfy. the decorations were pretty basic, but considering what I paid, it was totally worth it. 💰

The units are huge, a nice size with balcony. A cheap restaurant aT A GREAT PRICE is available.

The staff here were helpful and friendly, the room was well-priced and well organized in the one-bedroom setup, and I loved the unique design of the building.

The room was large with a balcony. Pool was tiny and hardly got an sun during the day so we resorted to spending everyday at the beach - which wasn't the best, not very clean and lots of rubbish in the sea.

The staff were friendly at first so we booked an additional 5 days as the room itself was nice and comfortable and to be honest we were chasing the sun and pattaya seemed to have it - this was over the period where the south had terrential storms and floods. (we'd had to change our entire holiday due to this as our plans were orginially to island hop in the south). After booking the additional days, staff seemed less interested and even charged us for water that was supposed to be complimentary.

the location was secure in a nice quiet area, next to jomtien, right up from the beach on soi 4 as well as the peaceful area of jomtien. also, it was 3 km from phra tamnak mountain hilltop temple.

The apartment was equipped with cooking facilities, and everything was quite clean throughout.

View was ordinary, you looked across the street at a block of units under repair.

- Does not have a left, which is a must for family & elderly. Bathroom flooring is uncomfortable, and needs changing.

Excellent value for money compared to other places. Had a very pleasant stay during the New Year's holidays. the location was excellent, right outside on the footpath next to the center of Pattaya, the beach, bars, and restaurants - loved it.

Clean and tidy place with attentive staff, especially the Housekeeping manager. the room is well-organized and nicely decorated, great for enjoying drinks. 🍹 the breakfast provided is satisfactory.

Beautifully furnished rooms with a nice kitchenette and a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the tasty breakfast and the great coffee. The air conditioner and the TV worked perfectly. a great deal for a relaxing break.

This place was a great spot for exploring the area, I had a lot of fun, and the staff, including the Housekeeping manager, were friendly and helpful.
